Larry is the provider of the family and truly lives the work hard, play hard life. He’s been dedicated to building the business for almost 40 years and consistently shows up for others in life. He thrives most when he is providing—whether that’s clean clothes, fried fish, a tractor ride or pulling a tube behind a boat—he is always doing it with a smile and thumbs up. Larry loves to tell a good story to any and all that will listen and has a memory that is so detailed he can recall his lunch lady’s name from elementary school. According to his family, Larry’s favorite things to do are read books to his grandkids, watch Cardinals baseball, leaf blow and hike with Sharon.

Sharon is the giver of the Carrico family, always making sure everyone’s needs are met and always finding a special way to let others know she’s thinking of them. In addition, she is the group's sounding board, if anyone has an idea, question, or need she is the voice of reason and empathy that we all use to guide us in life. She has spent countless hours helping others doing everything from organizing a donation center to running the youth program at their church to making personalized cards she sends in everyone’s favorite surprise packages via UPS! According to her family, Sharon’s favorite things to do are crafts with the grandkids, visit Montana or the lake, hike, water ski and watch Blues hockey.

Steven is the pulse of the Carrico family providing the speed at which we go! He consistently has pushed us to new heights through adventure and zeal for life. Steven can always be counted on to be the last to arrive, but he’s never empty-handed and he always stays late. He’s the best gift giver of the family, finding everything from footstools to personalized beach bags to tiny kids recliners—he always says I love you in just the right way. He inspires us daily to say yes more often, to take the risk and to make the jump. According to his family, Steven’s favorite things to do are play monster hand with his kids and nieces and nephew, eat spicy food, relax with his friends and fish at the lake.

Nicki is the soul of the Carrico family, always providing a positive and warm undertone for the rest of us to rely on. While she hasn’t lived in St. Louis with us since she was 18, her visits home are when the family shines the brightest. Nicki has always been a forward thinker and determined to make a difference in the world which in turn has always made a difference in the family. Her free spirit pushes us to be more flexible and adventurous and her heart always reminds us to love more. According to her family, Nicki’s favorite things to do are travel, read, draw, spend time with friends and family, enjoy a good glass of wine.
